Small, informal online sessions where dads and expectant dads can connect, talk about how they are doing and share experiences of fatherhood. There is no pressure to speak, and dads do not need to be struggling to take part. Conversations are expected to be respectful, with no naming or attacking other people.
The first session is scheduled for Wednesday 14 October 2026, 8:15–8:45pm UK time, on Microsoft Teams. Places are limited to keep the group manageable. Future dates will be advertised through the Facebook page and website as they are confirmed.
