The Recovery College, led by Together We, works differently from the other WCMHP services, in that they issue timetables with different courses every six weeks, covering a range of techniques and strategies to manage mental and physical wellbeing.
They also host ongoing groups designed to discuss themes and activities in a more informal setting.
