On the day of your WOW visit we will offer bellicon UK rebounding for fun bouncing activity, handlebars for those less stable on their feet and our unique ability bouncer for people who use wheelchairs.
You can participate in 30 minute bouncing fun or join our chair based exercises (with take home manual) to improve your physical health and motivate you to get moving.

For mind health, our wheelchair accessible LIVE WELL HUB provides 1:1 or small group sessions to talk with a practitioner about whatever you need to encourage a healthier lifestyle.
You will also receive a FREE 120 page Live well guide for you to take home and share with your family and friends. A great tool to help you understand healthy eating, sleeping, mindfulness, wellbeing, drinking well and much more.
