On the edge of Whitehaven town centre, the Vulture Club supports its members in their recovery from addiction and social isolation or other trauma, through therapeutic, creative and diversionary activities.
Facilitators have a wide experience and provide daily activity: Root to Recovery, Art, Creative Writing, Bibliotherapy (Book therapy), Health and Wellbeing, Music, ESA/PIP/UC Assistance plus regular social evenings, cinematherapy and Art or Literary trips.
New visitors to Vulture Club need to make an appointment beforehand or be referred to allow us to assess your needs. You will then have a short informal assessment and be allotted a peer mentor whilst you settle in.
