Skills4You – West Cumbria Mental Health Partnership (wcmhp.org.uk)
Skills@Home prepares those Learners who are not yet able to attend a Skills4You training course. The service is designed to take the first steps by building trust and building a relationship with a Therapeutic Life Coach.
Home to Work is a registered charity and it hosts the Skills 4 You project. They offer a safe, relaxed environment for individuals to learn woodwork, upcycling or personal development. They also offer food and nutrition training and training on our allotment.
