Together We Talk

‘Empowering people to better manage their Mental Health and Wellbeing’
Together We Talk provides talking interventions based on evidence for mental and physical health and wellbeing. This may include interventions based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectal Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), Rewind Trauma Therapy and Person Centered Counselling.
We provide intervention to those falling between service gaps and those not in receipt of psychological statutory services. We take any person experiencing problematic symptoms of their mental and physical health and wellbeing. Including providing support for individuals, children, young people, families and couples.

We will design a treatment pathway for you to include whichever therapeutic interventions will help and will encourage you to develop skills and techniques to empower you to manage your symptoms.
A range of different support available online, face to face, SMS and email.

Location

We have offices in Workington and Whitehaven though we are flexible to your needs and may be able to accommodate home visits if needed or you may be asked to see us at a location such as the library or your GP surgery.
