‘Together We CIC Together We talk provides 1:1 and group sessions covering a range of different interventions and techniques.
These include evidence based interventions based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectual Behavioural Therapy, counselling and many more.
Together We Talk will offer you a whole person assessment including how you might manage your mental and physical wellbeing.
We will design a treatment pathway for you to include whichever therapeutic interventions will help and will encourage you to develop skills and techniques to empower you to manage your symptoms. Our practitioners are trained and insured to deliver the interventions, therapy and fitness sessions.
We have offices in Workington and Whitehaven though we are flexible to your needs and may be able to accommodate home visits if needed or you may be asked to see us at a location such as the library or your GP surgery.

Together We Talk uses straight forward interventions to help you understand and recognise your own mental health and wellbeing. This includes looking at what things may affect the way you feel and how this affects the way you behave and think.
We will work together to find ways to manage unhelpful thoughts and behaviours and manage how you feel.
