We are a social enterprise which hosts support groups for mums and mums-to-be with mental health problems of any kind, in North, East and West Cumbria.

Our groups are led by mums with their own experiences of mental illness around having their children, and are safe, friendly non-judgemental spaces we can share the highs and lows of parenting.
