Your Story – With Elaine from Peer Support
6 Sessions designed to support you in writing and presenting your lived experience of mental health as a training tool for the NHS involvement bank and other relevant events. You do not have to agree to present in public or to the NHS but will be given support in doing this if it is something you want to do. Learning to share your lived experience can have positive benefits for those working in mental health related roles and for yourself as part of the recovery pathway.
The Recovery College is a place you can go to learn techniques and strategies to help manage mental and physical wellbeing for yourself or someone you might be caring for. Sessions are supported by Lived Experience Peers which includes NHS Peer Supporters, Together We CIC Volunteers, and helpers.
Date & Time: Tuesdays 11.30am – 12.30pm
