Free 2 day Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) programme teaches you how to identify, understand and help someone who may be experiencing a mental health issue.

This fully funded workshop is delivered over 2 days by ex-rugby league professionals Phil Veivers & Danny Sculthorpe of the award winning mental charity State of Mind.
