In this course we will explore what spirituality is. It is designed for people of all faiths or none. During the sessions we will reflect on meaning, purpose and hope, exploring our unique set of values and identifying how we can best look after our spiritual health to support mental wellbeing
The Recovery College is a place you can go to learn techniques and strategies to help manage mental and physical wellbeing for yourself or someone you might be caring for. Sessions are supported by Lived Experience Peers which includes NHS Peer Supporters, Together We CIC Volunteers, and helpers.
