Counselling

Support for Adults

We provide 12 free counselling sessions for anyone aged 18 and over. Sessions may be with a student counsellor under supervision during new intake opportunities or, when available, with a qualified counsellor. This allows us to provide flexible support while maintaining high standards of care.

Our counselling services are:

  • Confidential: Your privacy is always respected.
  • Person-centred: Sessions focus on your needs and goals.
  • Supportive and non-judgmental: We create a safe space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings.

Whether you are coping with stress, anxiety, relationship challenges, or other personal issues, our counselling service can help you gain clarity, develop coping strategies, and feel more supported in your daily life.

Sessions are arranged to suit your schedule, and our team is committed to making the process as accessible and comfortable as possible.
