Adult Support Groups

Connect (Whitehaven)

Our weekly adult drop-in group in Whitehaven offers a relaxed, welcoming space to connect with others in your local community. This is a group-based session, not one-to-one support, and is designed for adults who would benefit from social connection, shared activities, and a supportive environment.

The group provides an opportunity to take part in a variety of arts and crafts activities, games, and informal discussions, with no pressure to participate in anything you don’t feel comfortable with. Whether you enjoy being creative, chatting with others, or simply spending time in a friendly space, you are welcome to join in at your own pace.

This group is ideal for adults who may be feeling isolated, looking to meet like-minded people, or wanting to build routine and confidence in a supportive setting. The focus is on community, wellbeing, and connection, rather than therapy or clinical support.

Sessions are facilitated by supportive staff who ensure the space remains respectful, inclusive, and welcoming to all. You do not need any previous experience or skills — just an interest in spending time with others in a positive, relaxed environment.

Menopause Monthly

Menopause Support Group, because menopause affects the mind as well as the body. Our wellbeing is just as important as our physical health — and you don’t have to navigate this stage alone.

Join our monthly sessions focused on mental wellbeing, emotional support, and connection. These sessions offer a calm, understanding, and supportive space to share, reflect, and feel heard
