People do not need a referral to get support from Hope Haven. It is open to all adults in the Copeland area.
We’re here for anyone who needs help with their mental health and wellbeing. Whether you just drop in for a bit of advice, or you need more support over a longer period of time, we can help.

You don’t need to be ‘referred’ by your GP (doctor) or a health / care professional to get help from us.
Hope Haven is a group effort by several organisations working together. We have staff from Cumbria Health; Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust (CNTW); Everyturn Mental Health; Home Group; iCan Wellbeing Group CIO; The Well Communities CIC; and Whitehaven Community Trust. The service is funded by NHS England.
